Facilitator Tip

• Picture It- Spend time talking about the “mental pictures” we make in our heads when we read. Ask members to picture a particular scene in the story and describe what it looks like to the group.

For example, if you are reading about a walk through an enchanted forest, ask members to talk about what they “see” in the forest.
